Meet Awesome Rex Labrador retriever mix Amazing, perfect, kind hearted Rex was rescued last minute from the riverside shelter. He is about three years old, he is gorgeous, he's a black Labrador retriever mix. He is kind, easy, he loves children and people and dogs. He's absolutely perfect. How he ended up on the kill list at Riverside just shows how many great dogs are being euthanized from the overcrowded shelters. It is just hard for us to imagine this dog being killed. But that was their intention. He's absolutely perfect. When he came in he was confused he didn't know where his family was. We had LBWF give them the love and confidence to let them know they are safe and we are so sorry for whatever they have been through. He is quiet and calm and relaxed When he met his first family he went running and and greeted them like he had known them forever! It's whatever the family wants for a kind of family member. The sweet, 10 year old little boy, Who came to adopt a small dog, started training right away. He sat he downed he shook his paw. It was incredible Just rescued two weeks ago beginning of April from riverside shelter. He is definitely somebody's family pet. He is a golden boy. Gets along with every dog. Loves children and family. Will be a great neighborhood dog or best friend. Go to the beach, the parks, hiking and camping.
