Name: Trudy Breed: Beagle-Foxhound Weight - 30lbs Trudy is an absolutely wonderful dog! We would love to keep her, but she really needs a fenced in yard and that is not something we can provide at this time. Trudy LOVES belly rubs and lots of cuddles! Because she loves to cuddle, please do not contact me if you do not let your pets on the furniture. She is very sweet and a little timid. We rescued her from a shelter in Maryland two years ago, but our new house does not seem like the best fit for her. Trudy prefers women and children. She gets along with most other dogs if introduced properly and given a little time to get to know them. Trudy likes to wander, so a fence is a must!She walks very well on a leash, does not shed much, and does not bark (except for when she's playing with her toys) . She is very calm. She is crate trained and does fine when boarded at the doggy hotel for short periods if we are unable to take her on a trip, but she does very well on car rides. Please consider if your family could offer Trudy the love and care that she deserves! We want to make sure that her new family will love her as much as we do!I am open to trial periods to make sure she is a good fit for your family.
