About Macaroni (Mac)

Hi everyone, my good friend has an aggressive dog that needs to be rehomed or he will have to be put down. His name is Macaroni (Big Mac, Mac) and he is an almost 3 year old, neutered, pit bull, blue heeler, black lab mix. If you are interested you must know how to handle an aggressive dog. She has done everything there is to think of for an aggressive dog, but now he's bitten her boyfriend, a man he's known since he was a puppy. She cannot keep him and she's spent over 4K in training with 3 different trainers. And followed advice of veterinarians and all cocktails of prescribed medication and supplements. She's called countless rescues and shelters but all have been at capacity. Putting him down is her last resort but sadly she's running out of time. Any advice is welcomed and appreciated.
