About Lambert

Is he a lab? Is he a plott hound? We aren't sure about that but we are sure that he's 100% happy fun! Lambert is a young adult dog who came to us from our local shelter for us to help him find a home. He's a friendly guy who is loving everyone he meets! He's even seems to be ok with cats! Lambert loves to romp and play with other dogs and is sure to make a great addition to almost any family! Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster- based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
