About Pablo

Meet Pablo and his 1000 watt smile! This handsome guy, who turned 6-years old on Christmas Day, is 61 pounds of pure love all wrapped up in a Pit bull terrier! Pablo's main goal for 2023 has been to find his furever family. Pablo is very loving, highly energetic. He has a happy-go-lucky attitude as you can see from his ear-to-ear smile. He would love to go jogging/hiking, and learn a job! Once he has used up all that energy he enjoys lounging around with the family. Since Pablo's still young at heart, he requires a lot of attention and exercise - both physical and mental. He loves to romp around and would benefit from a fenced yard so he can safely burn off that energy. Pablo is housed trained, crate trained, and strives to take treats gently. He can follow commands such as 'sit', 'lay down', and 'go to your bed' [crate] because he is a very smart boy. Pablo is great with kids, and full of life, love, with antennae ears and a grin that you cannot resist! While Pablo has done well around other dogs,and has not shown signs of guarding, it would be best if Ihe is the only dog in your home. He would not be a good candidate for doggy-day care at this time. Pablo's life changed dramatically when he was parted from the only family he had ever known. He then lived the bachelor life but recently found himself back in foster care. With all the changes in his life, he really needs a stable and committed person who will work with Pablo and a trainer. Pablo is eager to learn and a big fan of cookies, which makes things interesting and is a great way to establish a new relationship. Pablo's ideal home includes a patient adopter who is willing to be patient as Pablo adjusts to his new environment. He has always loved people and was raised around small children so he is perfect for an active family as long as he is included in the fun. No other pets. Fenced-in yard.
