About Ross

Ross is a very sweet, intelligent, lovable, and loyal boy and loves to cuddle forever. He does have a history of biting 2 individuals and attacked another small dog. All instances were understandable in dog terms as either provoked or territorial instinct of boundary encroachment. He was abandoned and I have been caring for him for six months now to try to find him an appropriate home, but since the last incident the situation has become less than ideal for him to remain here. I have scoured rescue societies of all types but his record is determining his fate more than I can prevent. I would absolutely adopt him for myself but my hoa is now leaning on me after the last incident and I desperately want to save this boy. None of this is of his own doing. He was just doing what his nature tells him to do. I would suggest that only adults take him, or with much older kids, and no other smaller animals. He seems to get along great with my lab, but the attack was on a very small dog that I believe he perceived as a rabbit.
