About Poncho

Poncho is a very sweet guy as long as no one is touching him. He loves to go on walks, and walks very well, but he has become blind in recent months and has difficulty getting around on his own. He has been with my wife and I his whole life, but we recently had a child and Poncho does has aggressive tendencies and now with his blindness we just can keep up because we can't have our child near him. He needs someone who has a much more solitary life, and who doesn't mind not giving physical affection. He loves to sleep next to you, and generally listens very well. It's with a heavy heart we're trying to find any solutions outside of euthanizing him. But we can't imagine anyone else who wants a blind, fearful/aggressive, dog who's 9 years old and has arthritis in his knees. We hope that person exists.
