His ideal home will be with older teens and adults who are willing to give him his space as he adjusts to his new family. He was surrendered to a shelter on December 20th and was absolutely terrified as he had never been exposed to other dogs in his former household. Our poor fella defecated and urinated on himself and would not eat for three days. Though he performed well on his doggie meet and greet with one of our sweet seniors, going straight to a home with new dogs and new people may be a bit overwhelming for him. They recently cat tested him and he did fine outside with a cat, he just wanted to play with it. 'We had kept him separated from cats after seeing him attempt to chase our outdoor ferals from a distance.
