About Toby

This adorable short stack / cowboy corgi type Aussie mix is Toby. He is about 6 years old, 50-55 pounds, and has cute, slightly of stubby legs. Toby knows how basics: Sit, house, come, and load up. He is also house trained. Toby loves people. He enjoys good playtime with his people: fetch and soccer. He will carry a big soccer-sized ball around sometimes. Once, he played a bit rough and once did use his mouth in play a bit harder that he should. He was easily told no and has not done that again. Toby lives with other dogs and is fine with dogs large and may prefer small dogs. Her just doesn't want to have to play. He doesn't appreciate the younger, busy, playful dogs, so should either be an only dog or pals with an easy going, respectful dog. As for cats, he loves cats! He would love a home with cat siblings. Toby is great on leash and very good in cars. He would love to go with you when you are going somewhere. Toby is also awesome for a suburban or rural lifestyle. He is a great personal protection system��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD|balanced with being a nice guy. He will also tell you when people are looking at your house too long. A total stranger once reached over the fence to take something, and he snapped at them (barely made contact) in warning. He loves singing, playing with cats, goofing around after getting major scratches, and has hilarious toothy smile. He's a companion that you'll never have to guess where he is, because he'll be right beside you. Toby is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. He is located in Riverside, CA. Adopters must be able to meet and adopt here. We do not ship our dogs. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
