About CESAR

Meet Cesar , he is 4 yrs old around 18 pounds , from what I can see he is Pretty much potty trained doesn't lift his leg in the house .. He sometimes does the cutest thing by lifting both his hind legs to pee ��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD.. He can be a bit skittish until he gets comfortable then he is very loving .. Gets along with other dogs and cats , he does like to chase the cats a little .. Doesn't bark a lot and I have not seen him chewing on household items ��%BD'��%BD| He just wants to be loved .. He sometimes lifts his hind leg as if it hurts could've been an old injury but does not bother him at all ��%BD'��%BD| He lived with two young children .. .. He needs a loving home ��%BD'��%BD| Saved from being dumped in the shelter and the streets
