About CESAR

Meet Cesar , he is 4 yrs old around 18 pounds , from what I can see he is Pretty much potty trained doesn't lift his leg in the house .. He sometimes does the cutest thing by lifting both his hind legs to pee .. He can be a bit skittish until he gets comfortable then he is very loving .. Gets along with other dogs and cats , he does like to chase the cats a little .. Doesn't bark a lot and I have not seen him chewing on household items '| He just wants to be loved .. He sometimes lifts his hind leg as if it hurts could've been an old injury but does not bother him at all '| He lived with two young children .. .. He needs a loving home '| Saved from being dumped in the shelter and the streets
