A sensitive 3-yr-old gentle giant named ZEUS was rescued from certain death at New York City's high kill pound, only to end up in a cluttered apartment with a disabled (but kind) individual who doesn't walk him or interact with him nearly enough. Now ZEUS is showing all the signs of an increasingly unhappy, neglected dog who isn't getting the exercise and playtime he needs. ZEUS once lived happily with other dogs but now reacts with suspicion to the other dogs and strangers he encounters on the street while on his brief and infrequent walks. ZEUS would blossom into the loyal and loving dog he truly is in a home with a fenced yard for him to run and play with an active family with older kids and no other dogs or cats to complete with for the affection of which he has been starved. His rescuers are appealing for help to save ZEUS for the second time around! Please call Andrew anytime at (646) 387-9868 for more pictures and videos of the sweet underdog who we have all fallen in love with. And be sure to hit the YouTube button to see his kill pound video recorded by the volunteers who loved him. We will transport ZEUS to any home in the USA for free! Thank you for considering our appeal for ZEUS.
