About CASPER

Courtesy Posting: URGENTLY NEED PLEDGES/ RESCUE/ FOSTER FOR STUNNING 1 YR OLD MALE PITTIE NAMED CASPER - HAS BEEN KEPT IN THIS CRATE 24/7 FOR HIS WHOLE LIFE - THEY HAVE NO TIME FOR HIM. CASPER Riverside, So Cal Dear all, An acquaintance of mine, Melina, reached out to me about a young pittie that needs a rescue or a loving home. You see this puppy is kept in his wire crate 24/7 inside of this family's house (except when they take him out to potty). The family's home is a 1 bedroom apartment on the third floor of an apartment building. It houses a mom, her 2 children, her sister, her grandson and a new grandchild. Melina indicated he is too young to be loose with his crazy puppy energy around the baby, so he is kept in a crate all day, every day as they have no time for him. My understanding is Casper has now been in that crate for one year now (his whole life) in that apartment. Again, the only time he is allowed out is to go potty...then back into the crate he goes. This is truly inhumane!!! Apparently, the owner of this puppy is a friend of her family and Melina has been actively trying to persuade them to let her re-home Casper. They finally agreed to let her do so. I am writing to you folks today wondering if any of you have room to take him out of these horrible conditions. We need pledges & a rescue/ foster to save him.
