About Damon

(7/31/2022). Damon is heartworm positive. Please don't let this prevent you from adopting him. He deserves a loving home like all of the other dogs, and the rescue will cover his heartworm treatment. For this reason, we are only considering local placement (within 1 hour drive time of Wake Forest NC) until after her treatment is complete. Damon is new to our program and we are still getting to know him, but we already know he is a young, happy guy who is people-friendly and dog-friendly. More info coming soon. (DOB 07/31/2021) As part of Damon's $300 adoption fee, he is neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
