About Rusty

Hi my name is Rusty. The rescue believes I am a 11-month (at time of picture), Turkish Angora, with a Maine Coon maybe, more so the look, and domestic medium-hair mix. I have a large plume orange floofy tail and will be about 9# to 10# full grown. I do have some growing to do and my hair will become thicker in time. Turkish Angoras have short, soft coats, are elegant, and my ears are set wide apart. Turkish Angoras are playful, intelligent, athletic and involved. They bond with humans, but often select a particular member of a family to be their constant companion. They seek to be 'helpful' in any way they can with their humans, and intelligent. I am very well mannered, no bad habits. I accustomed to a quieter home, and have not been around young kids. I would do well as a single kitty, or with a buddy. prefer a buddy, a lady companion would be nice. I have had check-ups, vaccines and been neutered.
