Silly Specks is the funniest boy you will ever meet! Specks and his siblings and mommas story is one of the saddest that we've had through our rescue. Specks and his siblings were originally found by authorities with their Momma Phoebe in the backyard shed, along with a deceased individual. After immediate removal we were asked to take the family in. Specks is incredibly smart, and loves to engage with his person, and is never too busy for some cuddles, and kisses or to play with a toy.
