About Buddy

Help us welcome Buddy, a sweet 10 year old, 28 lb, buff cocker spaniel boy. This handsome gentleman is looking for a quiet home where the days are filled with cuddling and strolling! He gets along great with the dogs and cats in his foster home but prefers they be laid back. He has taken to watching out for his foster sister who is blind and would like having a doggie sibling. Buddy loves to accompany his human on adventures and is an excellent car rider. He also likes to hit the trail and does well walking on a leash. He walks at a good pace and when his foster sister joins him, the makes sure to walk side-by-side with her. �ٴ� Such a sweet and happy boy! Buddy has excellent house manners and has the run of his foster home when his humans are out. He waits patiently by the door until they return. He is an ace cuddler and is always close by his humans - he enjoys his own bed in his foster's bedroom at night. He is hearing impaired and hence a quiet boy who only wants to be loved. When he wants head scratches he will come over, rest his head on you and then rub it on you until you pet him. �ٴ� And when it's time to eat, he will give you the beloved Cocker eyes (stare ����) until you go into the kitchen. Buddy is on a soft food diet because his teeth were in bad shape when he arrived and he had to have all but two teeth pulled. His appetite is great though and he has put on a few much needed pounds.
