About Bear

Bear is a perfectly healthy 7 year old, 85 pound purebred rottweiler with a ton of obedience training. She is always up for a walk, a game of catch or just being outside in the yard. She always wants in on the family action. She gets excited when the house is busy, but can easily cuddle up at the end of the day for a movie. We wish we could keep her forever, but she doesn't get along with our 10 pound Sheltie. She adores our 40 pound Jack Russell and Pitbull mix. She can be fine around mid to larger sized dogs. Bear has been enrolled in dog training classes at Leash Free Living 2-3 full days weekly for over a year. We have invested a lot of training and consistent healthcare to keep her healthy and happy. She can do a variety of commands and completes obstacle courses. She knows to walk to the left, without pulling, knows sit, stay, down, shake and place. As you can see in the picture, she loves to play in water either with a sprinkler or a baby pool. Our kids were in middle school when we got her, and she respected commands from them. As long as you can show her you are calm and confident as pack leader, she will respect the rules.
