About FAITH

Faith came to us from just across the border with a very bad case of mange and suffering from tick fever. She has recovered beautifully and almost all of her fur has since grown back and she is now sleek and shiny. She is a friendly, happy and (mostly) well behaved girl. She is 100% housebroken and knows how to use a dog door now and also stays on property here at the ranch but runs like the wind and LOVES being outside. She would be a great candidate for a sport dog and would benefit from a young playmate. She does chase cats when they run so would likely be best in a home without any (cats or small furry animals) though she is definitely trainable. She is GREAT with all other dogs of all sizes and ages and has even won over our our grumpy old man heeler mix. She does ok in a crate and also has learned to walk pretty well on a leash. Her only negative (other than cats) is she does have some puppy chewing behaviors still but again corrects pretty easily. Faith has a solid athletic build and is around 14-15 lbs now, and is estimated around 12-15 mo. She will be ready for adoption on 3/24/23.
