About Aspen

Aspen was adopted from a high kill shelter and was next on this list to be euthanized. We knew we had to give this dog a chance and rescue her. Aspen was raised on a farm and has only been an outdoor dog. We have another older dog who is very dominant and has recently shown aggression towards Aspen. Aspen is a loving, cuddly and fluffy love bug who is low energy. We live in a small house and she needs space to run or a flock type protect. We believe she would do very well on a farm or outdoors as that is what she is used to. She is crate trained and loves other dogs. She has been socialized and taken to dog parks very frequently. She does well on a leash and in car rides. She knows tricks like sit, lay down but her favorite is shake. This is a dog that needs little to no training and ready for a family to love her.
