About Malachi

Malachi is one of 7 puppies who were surrendered to our rescue after their mother got shot to death. They were about 4 weeks old at the time. Luckily we had a nursing mom who happily took them in as her own. They are now big and healthy babies ready to go to their forever homes. About 4 months old now. Mom was a full Great Pyrenees and dad was a German shepherd (according to the owner). Malachi is more golden in color than his siblings and also the runt of the litter (i.e. smallest of the litter). He is sweet and calm but of course he is also a playful puppy. Great Pyrenees are bred as a livestock guardians which means they are gentle with children and 'their' animals and will protect against predators. German Shepherds are very smart and easy to train. Their breed mix makes them perfect family dogs. Vetting: neutered, microchipped, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3, lepto vaccine x 2, lyme vaccine 2, fecal test, dewormed several times, on monthly heartworm prevention, on monthly flea and tick prevention.
