About Ted

Adoption Fee: $475
Great Dane
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

LOCATION: Olmito, Texas DOB: 03/19/2016 (Estimate) Let's give a warm welcome to our new friend, Ted. Ted is a gentle old soul who has been taken off the streets and given a new lease on life. His newest worry now is who is going to pet him and for how long. Head scratches seem to be his all-time favorite. Don't let his missing teeth and slow demeanor fool you. He can keep up with the youngest of pups and give any dog the chance to have a rollicking frolicking good time. Playing with toys is super fun for this fella and he can throw them into the air and entertain himself just as easily as he can play with his furry canine friends. And having kids over 5 years old to pal around with would be top notch. While in foster care, Ted did get to meet a cat and he was interested but did not seem too bothered by it. One of his new experiences with his foster family was riding in a car. There was no trouble loading or unloading this gentleman. He jumped in and out like it was old business. Being on a leash has been pretty easy and house training has been a non-issue for him. And he does best when he is kenneled if his folks need to leave him unsupervised. He has good manners in general (although he does like to surf the countertops for tasty treats) and he is happy to see his foster family happy with him. Ted's path in life has changed dramatically. But even with new changes and new rules and new expectations, Ted has shown that he can adapt to this new world. There's one teeny-tiny thing that Mr. Ted needs-and that's a new family. He will make a great addition to a home, with or without more than one human and with or without more than one pet. He is a classy fella. ========================= To apply to adopt me, please fill out the application form! https://form.jotform.com/51994996709176 .
