About Mags

Mags is a beautiful Carolina Mountain Cur mix. She is a working/hunting dog although we never trained her. She is very smart and is trainable. Because I never had other dogs around she is skittish around other dogs. With proper training she can be socialized with other dogs. She needs to be in a farm or home with land-she is happiest when she is running around in circles 'protecting' and picking up scents. She is smart enough she would be easily trained to hunt or help corral animals. She barks but has never bitten anyone. If you give her a treat or two she will be your best friend. I love her but had to move to a tiny apartment and she is miserable-plus I have some health issues I will not be able to care for her sadly.
