About Monroe

This sassy girl is the runt of the group and as you can tell, has a cleft lip. It is purely cosmetic at this point and she is able to nurse from mama , eat her food and drink water. Little Monroe JUST broke the 1 lb mark yesterday. She is itty bitty. She is such a little happy love bug and didn't want to sit still for her pics. Mama is a Jack Russell mix mix. One of the dogs she came into the shelter with was an intact long haired male chi mix and the other was an intact short haired male chihuahua mix. We can't say for sure who the dad is (if either). Madeline does have a longer coat than mom. We expect babies to be under 25 lbs full grown(but don't hold us to it! ) Babies are not ready to go to their new homes yet as they are just over 5 weeks old (as of 3/17). We are accepting applications for pre adoption. The adoption fee is $300 which includes: * spay/neuter when old enough * deworming * dhpp up to date at time of adoption * rabies when old enough * on flea prevention * microchipped EMAIL US @ [email protected] for an application.
