Wero was dropped off at a high kill shelter completely emaciated. He was skeletal. We had him neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, de-wormed, and treated for fleas and ticks. His coat was in good shape. We had to begin feeding him cautiously due to his condition. He is on a high quality fish-based food and has been gaining weight steadily. It will be several more months before he is the proper weight. However he is healthy and happy and ready for his forever home in which to blossom.
