About Artic

Hello World! I'm Artic, a 6-month girl with stunning good looks. Like my namesake, I'm all white, fur soft as snow, and with stunning crystal clear blue eyes. But that's where all resemblances end because I'm all warmth, sweetness, and fun packed into a little husky body. I love me a good snuggle with my foster family and rambunctious play with my doggy friends. I share a home with 2 small kiddos and 3 other dogs but have had as many as 5 and I love them all. I can play all day long! My new family has to have another buddy for me to play with for sure. When I want a good snuggle I always let my foster mom know by pulling her clothes or nipping her leg just to remind her that I'm there and she has to take care of me. It's my thing! I can be feisty with my play, like any husky worth it's salt, but sometimes I get in over my head and ask for help. My foster mommy and daddy pick me up and swoop me away and I grunt like a little seal when carried that only makes them want to pick me up more, which I don't mind at all. I also have never met a plant species that I didn't love - to eat that is! Yep - I love me a good vegan diet and my foster mom can't keep up with my gardening shenanigans. I'm lucky I'm so cute and they love me to bits because the garden isn't looking too good these days. This brings me to another point - I love to dig! Most of my day I look a hot mess covered in dirt head to toe, but by the end of the day I look good as new when I dry off and it all falls magically way into the ground. I'm crate-trained and potty-trained but expect that I may still have a few accidents as I am a puppy after all. I sleep all night in my crate and it's my resting place when I'm tired. My leash walking is getting better as those first times I insisted on taking myself for a walk. I'm learning from my older foster sisters and I love to keep up with them and not get left behind. I have also been to the beach and love the ocean. I jumped right in first time around so maybe I will be a good swimmer?! So what say you?
