About Maverick

Hi, I'm Maverick. I'm an incredible athlete and I am smart as a whip. I can learn new tricks in minutes and can jump for a frisbee or ball and fly through the air almost at 6ft high. I know a lot of human words: come, here, drop it, out, roll over, bang bang, sit pretty, sit, stand, down, under, around, back up, potty, jump, shake and spin. I am good with kids of all ages as long as they don't pull my fur. I will love them forever if they play fetch with me. I can play fetch for hours and hours every day. Watch out if you are in the way while I'm running for a ball! I love my human and dog friends so much that I still get so excited I sometimes pee because I can't handle it! I have problems with older human men and for reason's not clearly known I am aggressive and fearful of them. Because I am fearful of some strangers I have had issues with biting. I am extremely vocal because I was bred to work. If I don't get my energy out I will talk a lot to my humans. I am a sweet, loyal, athletic, obedient dog with a handful of behavior problems.
