About Shadow

Shadow is our first fur baby we've ever had. He's well mannered for a husky most of the time, and he does have some attitude. We have 2 other dogs now, a German shepherd (about 2 years old) and a Louisiana Catahula (about 3 months old). Shadow and the German shepherd got along great until about a year ago. We noticed there was more tension between the two, and tends to get jealous. Recently we've had to take Shadow and our German Shepherd to the emergency vet twice in one month due to getting into fights. So unfortunately, we have to re-home Shadow. We don't want to have to keep them separated at all times, and we also don't want to have to keep shadow in a kennel or with a muzzle on. That's not the kind of life we want for him. He is very energetic, and loves to go on runs. He also loves car rides and going to the dog park. He plays very well with other dogs, but when he lives with them for extended periods of time they tend to get on his nerves. So he would need to be an only fur baby. DEFINITELY NO CATS, it will not end well. He does well with kids, we've trained him to not be aggressive with food or pulling/grabbing. We just want him to go to a home that can take care of him, and love him with all of the attention he deserves. And he does love attention. He will come with some food and his food/water stand, his leash/collar/harness, and his favorite toy.
