This handsome boy is named Rum. He is a 2 year old Westie and Chihuahua mix that weighs 32 pounds. Rum came into the high kill shelter as a stray with COKE. He is super scared of people and standoffish. Rum is better with people outside of a kennel setting. He is NOT good with kids so he will need to be in an adult only home. With patients and time, Rum will learn to trust people and learn that love is ok. THIS HIGH KILL SHELTER IS COMPLETE FULL AND IS STILL GETTING ANIMALS IN!
