PLEASE HELP! *** URGENT - NEEDS FOSTER ASAP! CURRENT TEMP FOSTER HAVING SURGERY AND HERSHEL MUST MOVE ASAP *** Hershel was saved from euthanasia when he found himself in an overcrowded shelter after a good Samaritan almost hit him in a gas station. This happy little guy jumped right into his car and the finder thought he was doing a good thing by bringing him to the shelter never expecting that the dog he just saved would soon be facing euthanasia because no one ever came looking for him. :,-( He is a 3 y/o, 55 lb. happy-go-lucky and energetic boy who is a terrier mixed with something else; not sure what but you can see his fur is fluffier than a typical staffy/terrier. He takes treats very gently and loves attention!! Hershel is currently in a temporary foster/boarding type arrangement and is working on crate training. We are not 100% sure how he is with other dogs but we know he is exuberant when playing so he would most likely need playful and very tolerant (non-alpha) housemates. *** If you can help, please contact us ASAP or text/call 732-604-0625! Thank you for caring about a dog in need! ***
