My in laws have had a pit pull since December that has been very sweet for a time. She has starting to bite their grandmother(who lives with them) and this has happened twice in the last few weeks. Both times were accidents but the last time happened because she thought there was an intruder, even though she knows the grandmother very well as she's home all day. Additionally she is unfortunately aggressive with other dogs, but we are not sure if she would attack them. The family does not want to surrender her under fear of her being put down. We'd prefer to have her a adopted by someone with the means of properly training her in an environment where she and others would be safe. Any help in finding a suitable adopter would be greatly appreciated. Nikki must be adopted very soon as the grandmother still lives with them. PS!!! She does have a health issue that affects her balance. It causes her to wobble when she walks, but she does not fall over. The vet says this may be due to her mother being sick during pregnancy.
