About Summer

Please help Summer to be fostered or rehomed. Summer is a great dog but very true to her breed. I'm unable to meet her activity needs. Summer would be so unhappy and heartbroken being in a shelter. She is a great dog and doesnt deseve to be put in a shelter, sad and confussed. Summer wants to be with you and know what you two can do together all the time. She gets anxious and sad when left alone but does calm down. Summer is kennel trained but rather go on a car ride. Going out to places, she is curious and well-behaved on the leash. She loves belly rubs, playing catch, and cuddles. She is good with kids and other dogs and does decent with cats. Small children are not recommended, same with cats though. A foster home with a large amount of space and someone to give her a lot of exercise or a job. That would be an ideal match. Summer is a loyal, and eager dog. She loves to play, get belly rubs, and cuddle. Chasing balls is a favorite game to play. If she can get out that energy, running or a ranch job, would be the happiest dog. She is smart and can quickly learn new commands and skills.
