About Allie

Allie is a fun loving, loyal dog who is always down for adventure. She is 6 years old and weighs 65lbs, in perfect health, spayed, and up to date on all of her shots. I adopted Allie from a shelter in Chicago when she was 9 months old. She has a perfect energy level, loves to walk, hike, run, and chase a ball, but also can be mellow in the house on rainy/lazy days. She is not destructive and does extremely well on her own when I am out of the house at work. She is a great travel companion, loves car rides and has accompanied me on several cross country moves. I am rehoming Allie because I am preparing to go back to school and worry that I will no longer be able to give this amazing dog the time and attention she deserves. I am hoping to find a loving home for her where she would be the only pet as she has exhibited resource guarding with other animals in the past.
