About Smokey

hello! i was given/rescued a 6 month old unaltered male Husky. just a guess because the people that we got him from couldnt give accurate time frame. i guessed because he lost a molar eating kibble.very large for his size. we were trying to find him a place on our own. I set up an appointment for shots and neuter for march 28th. he has gotten along with my 3 female dogs majority of the time, every now and again there is a disagreement. Super friendly, I can put my hands in his mouth and touch his feet and face carefree. he did great giving him a bath. he has learned sit, stopped begging so far (he grew up on human food, first time eating kibble was with us). we have a cat, he is interested in him but trying to correct it. showing a lot of wanting to play with our 15 lb dog, plays fine but if he gets too much my 6 year old girl breaks it up. with the rain we haven't been able to get him to work on the leash too much, but he needs some work. his given name was Smokey. He hasnt been around children but i believe he would be great. obviously a ball of energy and has seperation anxiety. just started to play with toys, with the other dogs for his first time too! he is also is doing great with no and leave it! Loves the rain! He currently sleeps outdoors since im unsure my eldest dog and him will be fine together.
