Meet ASTRA! She: Is a female shepherd/whippet or greyhound mix. Is 3 years old. Weighs 34.2 pounds, but we are on a weight gain plan! Is good with other dogs. Is crate trained. Walks nicely in a harness. Appears to be potty trained. Loads up and rides well in the car. Is medium to high energy. About: Astra's unique look could make her a model, but she also has model manners to boot! This soft-natured beauty is gentle and curious. Astra may be a shy lady but is quietly adventurous and keen to observe her immediate environment. It may take awhile for her to warm up, but when she does, she definitely prefers being around you. She is great company in those independent quiet times and has been a pleasant office companion here at HLCR. Astra is friendly with other dogs and not at all overbearing; she will definitely suit a household with another dog of a similar temperament. With a little love and routine, Astra will be your steady companion for life!
