About Beatrice

Beatrice Meet Beatrice. This sweet 2 year old gal was brought into the Pitt County Animal Services shelter (Greenville NC) about a month ago, along with her sweet puppy. A local rescue was able to get Beatrice's babe into a foster, but we'd all love for Beatrice to find a home too. When you first look at Beatrice, it's almost impossible not to notice her left eye. As a volunteer, I'm not sure what the diagnosis is, but I do know that it has not seemed to affect her day-to-day at all. But I do know that any physical anomaly makes it harder for dogs like Beatrice to be adopted. Beatrice is very enthusiastic, but gentle when around people. She's still learning leash skills and tends to pull a bit. With that being said, she does seem eager to please. If you are interested in adopting Beatrice, please reach out to the PCAS shelter. Adoptions are $125, which includes spay, microchipping, and up-to-date vaccinations. The contact info given is mine. I'm simply a volunteer, so please do not call between 10PM-8AM. Volunteers are human and I tend to sleep during those hours (can you tell 3am phone calls are an ongoing issue?).
