About URGENT KANE

KANE IN PA NEEDS THE CHANCE HE NEVER HAD-IF NO ONE STEPS UP TO HELP HE WILL BE EUTHANIZED ON MARCH 24-IT'S SO UNFAIR-PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD FOR THIS BOY-HE REALLY HAS NO ONE BUT US-HE NEEDS A MIRACLE AND A HERO Kane Loves his family and very affectionate to them. He sleeps with the families daughter but he Hasn't been provided with opportunities to meet people outside of his family. Since the time he was adopted at 3 months old, the years zipped by and never was the time made to socialize him and show him that the world wasn't such a scary place. In short, he was never socialized. He's had limited to no experience meeting people because his family didn't provide that. So he's afraid and reactive with new people. He is very frightened when he goes on walks so he's reactive to meeting other dogs. Right now he doesn't even go for walks. Now the family is moving and they can't take him. His owner doesn't have the time or the inclination to work with him. Kane was adopted as a puppy and was never shown how to maneuver life outside his home, so he is afraid and therefore reactive. Because of that, he will be killed on March 24th unless someone thinks he is worth it and wants to be his hero. There is a behavior specialist that wants to help Kane meet his potential and will volunteer her time and expertise. He needs a quiet, low traffic household and a patient, compassionate person who is open to learning how to help him and is home most of the time because he panics when left alone. Since walks are a trigger right now, a yard would be helpful. We are looking for a special person, who will commit to helping this shattered soul heal. Please spread the word to help save his life.
