About Remington

This handsome boy is Remington! He's a pure breed Border Collie and he'll be 1 year old on April 8. He's super chill and obedient when in the house, and is happy gnawing on a bone or cuddling on the couch. He's trained to ring doorknob bells to be let outside and he knows some basic commands like sit and lay down. He's a Border Collie, so he loves being outdoors and has plenty of energy for walks, runs, hikes or playing with toys. He does well sleeping outside in a dog house (weather permitting) or sleeping indoors. He spends most of his time outside currently. Remington doesn't have any experience with crates, so we can't speak to how he would do with that. He has a super sweet side to him and loves human interaction, but also a shy/anxious side to him, so he takes a little time to warm up to new people and to earn his trust (nothing that some treats and patience won't take care of). Ideally, he would find a home with a single or couple with no other pets or kids - a home that just needs a buddy around the house and to have fun with.
