About Brittany

Brittany is a beautiful Australian Working Kelpie. She is one year old 48 lb spayed female. Came from a high kill shelter in Ga . She was going to be euthanized do to lack of space but our rescue agreed to take her when they asked for us to help. She is supposed to be dog friendly according to their testing at the shelter. We have seen her be very playful with dogs here but she can be a dominant one with dogs . When cat tested she seemed highly interested in the cat. She may be ok with cats but we would definitely recommend slow introductions in home. She is very loving with people! And she has done well with kids. She did test positive for heartworm at the vet clinic once we pulled her. But she is young and already started on protocol for curing that. We take care of the treatment at our rescue and the cost.
