About Winston

Winston is a one year old exactly pure bread Blue Great Dane. We purchased him from a breeder when he was 12 weeks old. We have had him the entire time. We got the documentation to submit to the AKC but never did. We still do have that document. He's very timid around new people and sounds. He will run away scared as he always has to include when we received him. Once he warms up to you though he's amazing and loves to cuddle and play. We put him. In his kennel every night for bed with no issues and also whenever we leave the house. We have never had an issue with him destroying anything at all. He absolutely loves new toys and it's like watching an 8 year old kid get the toy they wanted for Christmas every time we get a new toy for him. It's absolutely amazing. We feed him Royal Canin Giant breed dog food and he has zero health issues we know of. My family consists of 2 small dogs a Chihuahua and a Yorke and 3 daughters ages 10/12/14. The reason we are rehoming him is because my Chihuahua (about 5 years old) has been attacking my Great Dane (Winston) and Winston has never attacked back. Just the other day though he finally hit back at my Chihuahua and my wife's finger got nipped at by mistake. To add to that my Yorkie who's about 15 years old was eating today and Winston attacked her. He put a couple of decent wounds on her. I'm deploying in like a week for a good amount of months and my wife can not nor do I want her to go through the stress of the dogs fighting and hurting each other while I am gone.
