About Lacey

This is Lacey, a 1.5 yr old 60 pound Aussie who is full of energy. She is bright eyed, intelligent and so eager to please. Lacey is UTD on shots and will be spayed before her adoption is finalized. Lacey didn't have a puppy childhood such as playing in the park with other humans and dogs so she is now learning proper dog etiquette. She is currently working through potty training ouside not using puppy pee pads inside, a Work in progress and doing well. She is learning manners such as 'leave it, no, go outside, back, off, down'. She understands those words and is working on performing those task when asked! Like I said Lacey is a work in progress. My BAD, she snuggles in bed with me and LOVE, LOVES my decorative pond. Jumping in belly deep and burying her face under the water. Yes even when the temp is 25 degrees!!! Lacey needs a strong handler with a very active family. Since she is an over excitable and highly energetic girl, a home with children over 12 would be ideal. She would be an excellent, FAST agility dog, hiking, swimming/doc diving or even fly ball. She IS a dog on the move. With proper direction and consistent training Lacey would become a wonderful companion to an active person or persons. Please consider and welcome this baby into your heart.
