About Floki

This is Floki, he is 2 years old and a big boy at 100 pounds. I wish I could keep him but I have 2 young kids and he has guarding issues and has snapped at them and he is just not happy sharing a space with my small humans. He really is a great dog but needs training and patience that I am unable to give him. Most all his aggression is just a fear response as he has not been well socialized outside of the few people we have to our house, our other older dog, and basic walks, but once he is comfortable with you he is quiet a silly and sweet boy. He loves to play fetch, tug a war, and loves to chase bubbles and is also very food oriented. He does not chew up and destroy stuff, hes potty trained and is a great protector dog. For anyone interested, I would say you need to be experienced with behavioral issues, be able to exercise him regularly, and have the time to give him the training and socializing he needs. I really love this dog and it breaks my heart to have to rehome him but I am not giving him the best life he could have and just really want him to go to a good home.
