It doesn't matter their size, age or gender. And just like his name suggests, he's not bad with the ladies either. Elvis loves people and is always smiling. He is a typical hound and is very talkative and isn't afraid to tell you how he feels. THIS HIGH KILL SHELTER IS COMPLETE FULL AND IS STILL GETTING ANIMALS IN!
