Found as stray wandering neighborhood. I caught and Animal Services staff picked up and took to shelter. Couple days later without doing much research on breed, decided to adopt. Adopted and shelter sent him to vet to hav neutered and get shots. On same day I located dog owner via msgs from neighbor on NextDoor social app. Contacted owner who said he didn't want dog returned to him. Picking up dog at vet 8:30 on 3/10/2023 and surrendering to Animal Services.
