He desperately needed someone to step up to get some great vet care. Well thankfully we did and our friends at RIAC took him in that day and stayed after hours to fix him all up! We are so thankful. His fosters have made him feel very comfortable and he much enjoys the couch, his doggy friends, outdoor time and everyone he meets! Stumpy is insanely smart. He has learned commands with hand signals. He is very observant and waits patiently for his next command (come, sit, and down) he would make a wonderful therapy dog with some work (he's still very young) His down side is he will get into things if not supervised. Recommended to crate him when out of the house or unsupervised. Available for adoption anywhere in the US or Canada with transport provided
