About Cooter

Cooter will make a great family dog! He is NOT a trained hunting dog. He lived most of his life on a chain until I rescued him just before Christmas of 2022. He gets along with all dogs he has come in contact with but will chase cats. I have 2 cats of my own that he doesn't find interesting anymore but still chases them occasionally. He's currently being contained with an invisible fence but has gotten out a few times to chase neighboring cats. He's had all of his vaccines and has been neutered. Heartworm negative and is on monthly heartworm preventative & flea/tick control. He's also housebroken and stays home NOT crated for over 8 hours everyday with my other dogs. I got this dog with no intention of keeping him as I have 3 other dogs but am willing to hold onto him until I find him an appropriate home. Some type of containment system is a must in order to adopt this dog!!!!
