About Baby Billy

Baby Billy is a sweet 7-year-old 13 lb chocolate poodle who loves hanging out on the couch with his foster siblings and be near his person at all times. He was rescued from a puppy mill where he lived outside in a cage and was used for breeding his entire life. He is working on potty training. He doesn't quite understand how to walk on the leash yet, but working on that as well. Billy has been doing great in his foster home, he gets along with dogs and cats. He can be timid and nervous at first, so a home with older kids would be best. Also, in true poodle fashion, Bill doesn't like being left alone, so a home where his person will be around most of the time would be great for him. Characteristics: sweet, affectionate, loves naps He requires a fenced yard, because doesn't have leash training. He was rescued after she was discarded from an Amish puppy mill after he was no longer useful. He is learning to live in a home and be leash and house-trained, so she will need a dog lover who is patient. Another calm socialized dog in the home would be best. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, and heartworm tested negative.
