About LACEY

Lacey came to us from the shelter in Maricopa Co with a large mass needing to be removed. We had the surgery done at our ER vet and thankfully the mass came back benign! She would make a great pet for an older couple. She's very skittish, so we would be doubtful of children. She gets scared easily but has been nothing but sweet with foster. Because of this temperament she might be best with older children or no children. She craves attention and loves being on your lap and wants to sleep in bed too...she has the cutest little snore (lol). She's afraid to trust so will need a little extra time. She likes walks, and is very good on a leash. She seems to be mostly housetrained as we have not observed accidents or pottying in the house, though as with any rescue pet it will require an adjustment to a new routine. She is very calm, likes the other dogs and will cuddle with them, she does not play with them though....but maybe would once she got completely comfortable.
