Dragon Ball Z is an approx 26 mo male English Bulldog. He recently had surgery for his mates and for the bottom of his eyes, including a Cherry eye. Because English bulldogs do have a lot of medical issues genetically. We are looking for somebody that has bulldog experience and have the financial ability to make sure that any future issues are handled.
