About Matty

Fun loving Matty was found at our gate wandering around the creek. He enjoys being around people and loves attention. He is a bit of a mischievous boy and has escaped his kennel a couple of times so he would do best with a fenced in yard and regular exercise. We are located in South Mississippi, but have a transport that travels regularly (every 3 to 4 weeks) up the East coast and to Ohio with pre-adopted animals.Dixie Adoptables is one of many shelters working to get animals out of the area where shelters are always full, and adoptions of the sweet babies are hard to come by. We are grateful to every person that chooses to adopt and give a home to a loving animal, whose only fault was being born in a part of the country where their value is underappreciated and spay/neuter is done far too infrequently.
