About Mr.Big

Welcome Mr. Big to #ASARHQ family! We are guessing Aussie/Saint/Pyrenees mix? This sweet boy was rescued by a wonderful woman who worked at a local vet clinic and was a stray. His story we will never truly know, but he had dread licks hanging from his booty and tail.. They took him in, no chip, no tags, no reply for multiple pleas to the community to find his home. He was obviously well fed and needs to drop about 20-30 pounds but appears to be more of a 'backyard dog' starved for love and attention. He will get this now! Regardless of his life before us or why his owners never came foward. He has the most incredible temperament. He has been fully vetted, was aged by the vet at approximately 2 years old, and had no reaction to other dogs or cats at the clinic. The vet staff reached out and we came to help. He met Zola with wags and happy smiles, rode amazingly in the car back of the car, and checked out his new dogs and yard with us. We will continue to evaluate him with other dogs, cats, training skills and then place either for adoption or into a foster home. He is currently at our Oklahoma facility and we discovered quickly that he loved toys and playing fetch! We will get him back down to a healthy weight as well.
